Job Description        
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities(kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
1 .Contribution to Operational excellence roadmap and performance for the Manufacturing site towards world class level
·         Participate in the development of the Site Strategic Plan.  Partner with the site leadership to ensure that CI/TRACC activities are aligned with the Site’s Capacity Growth Plan, Operational Strategy & People Strategy.
·         Establish the improvement action plan to achieve next level for all sub-elements, and monitor the progress quarterly.
·         Partner with the site leadership to implement a system to ensure that the annual goals and KPIs are established, aligned to the business goals and the performance is monitored and communicated.
·         Provide the supports to functional departments by introducing CI tools & techniques and facilitating the improvement projects to implement CI/TRACC program and  actions.
2.Lead the implementation of annual CI/TRACC program for the manufacturing plant and SC:
  • Plant KPIs improvement ( OEE, RFT, Gross Loss…)
  • Cost saving
  • Problem solving skill for all level
  • Conduct TRACC/CI workshop for  all functions
Partner with factory management and HRBP to ensure:
  • Designated operational positions are identified and filled by fully competent or certified people.
  • People capability is effectively implemented.  This includes, but is not limited to: job descriptions for all operating and coordinating level positions, training and development plans and tracking
  • Periodic skill gap analyses are conducted and with results appropriately.
  • Systems are in place to transfer and share knowledge from problem resolution, design and operational enhancements throughout the facility.
  • Formal opportunities are provided for employees to develop multiple skills that are consistent with site labour strategy and work environment.
  • Adequate training facilities, adequacy of appropriately qualified or certified trainers and easy access to training materials to support implementation plans are provided.
  • Selection systems have been developed and validated and are consistently utilized in new hire selection.
  • Be knowledgeable of the global training curriculum that should be implemented at the plant and SC
  • Be capable of training new users in best practice training methodologies.
Support CI/TRACC program implementation across the organization
  • Lean concept training for all employees.
  • Facilitator for cross function to implement CI tools to improve current process such as productivity project or simplify process
  • Support to develop standardize tool and maintaining results to build lean culture depend on characteristic of each function
  • Work with L&OD to build CI culture and implement CPI tools
  • Work with communication to have CI activity in company news letter
Manage the SC functional capability system and its implementation to build the organizational capability
·         Increase leadership visibility
·         Improve HSE&S awareness
·         Improve system for  HSE&S KPI
·         Leads by example and demands safe behaviors and awareness, sound environmental practices and commitment to Quality.
·         Understands own role and responsibility as well as that of others in implementing EOHS and Quality standards and guidelines.
·         Communicates the need for and impact of EOHS and Quality standards.
·         Has input into the establishment of effective strategies for implementation of EOHS and Quality standards and regulatory conformance.
·         Recognizes and acknowledges EOHS and Quality performance in sites and individuals
  1. Lean is a new concept and no one experience to implement Lean Tools in the company
  2. Changing the current culture to Lean Culture
  3. Increased number of cross-functional projects
  1. To recommend the manufacturing manager  to made decision for projects
  2. To propose resource required for projects
  3. CI  strategies recommendation to Site/ Production manager

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
At least university graduated
Degree educated in a relevant business discipline preferred, or equivalent.
  • He / she should have at least 7 years of experience.
  • Strong experience of manufacturing/supply chain/continuous improvement.
  • Lean knowledge/experience to apply lean concepts and principles across an entire priority process.
  • Six Sigma certification/experience is prefer
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing principles & processes.
  • Experience of delivering Lean Manufacturing principles within manufacturing in process industry
  • Project management experience.
  • In addition, one can also take up trainingin this field


He / she should also have excellent management skills, strong planning, managing, monitoring, and scheduling skills to coordinate with the entire team. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
