Head of Sales (Logistics) - Based in HCMC, Binh Tan Dist. – Salary negotiation (45M – 60M VND gross + other benefit)

Our Client, a Foreign Company specializing on Logistics and Ecommerce field, are now looking for  Head of Sales (Logistics) -  Based in HCMC, Binh Tan Dist. – Salary negotiation (45M – 60M VND gross + other benefit):  
 
Duties:
-          Manage and build distributed sales team, including digital and on site sales team
-          Devise commision and benefits structure to incentivise sales and partnership team
-          Conduct competitive analysis and devising pricing strategies for suite of products 
-           Analyze and synthesize marketing and sales materials both online and offline
-          Gather insightful information onto our CRM platform and make sound business case
-          Build-up of Lead Generation Team
-          Identify and strategize to focus on key industries/segments
-          Build strong relationships with key client accounts
-          Handle mass-communications with Tier 2 (volume >100 daily) and Tier 3 (volume <100 daily) clients
-          Work with Biz Analytics (Sales) to re-activate dropped off shippers and drive same-shipper growth
-          Work with Shipper Support Team to ensure operational support, build new operational capabilities and resolve operation
-          Work with regional team to implement regional wide initiatives for sales and partnership team
-          Evaluate strategic business opportunities and engage with partners and clients to detail out collaboration opportunities and execute them.
 
Requirements:
-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
-          Prior 3-5 years of working experience in sales space, related to e-commerce clients would be a plus
-          Extremely proactive, organized and responsible
-          Structured thinking and problem solving skill
-          Comfortable with making cold calls and emails to develop leads and set meetings with potential prospects
-          Ability to build, manage and inspire your teammates
-          Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus
