HR Manager (HRBP)- Based in Dong Nai – Salary negotiation (60M gross)

  Business Support:
  • Ÿ  Contributes to the country business and HR plans as a partner to senior local managers and as member of Wood country management team
  • Ÿ  Provides HR partnership & expertise to the Vietnam managers in achieving their function/business agenda
· Management Support:
  • Ÿ  Supports Vietnam managers in dealing with front line employees issues and the translation of organization issues to HR initiatives
  • Ÿ  Supports Vietnam managers by ensuring proper implementation and usage of the HR tools (e.g. my HR, incl P&D Dialog, ViewPoint, Academy) and providing insights that help them to take the right decisions
  • Ÿ  Coaches Vietnam managers on People Management Skills and related competencies
· HR Excellence:
  • Ÿ  Actively promotes and champions the functional HR vision
  • Ÿ  Responsible for the implementation and execution of tactical HR plan
  • Ÿ  Executes agreed HR actions to operationalize the tactical HR plan; responsible for meeting the given KPIs
  • Ÿ  Champion of the HR new model within Amata; actively drives the implementation and acceptance of the Model in the broader organization
  • Ÿ  Actively contributes to the SMU HR team
  • Ÿ  Translates global and SMU HR policies into local procedures and implement them
  • Ÿ  Manages local compensation and benefits within SMU global as well and region/country framework and guidelines
· Leadership and Organizational Development:
  • Ÿ  Stimulates management capability in Amata and a culture of high performance and engagement
  • Ÿ  Exhibits a strong focus on people development within the country
  • Ÿ  Ensures local talent pipeline is maintained via robust processes and high performance standards
  • Ÿ  Manages the Talent Review Process (TRP) in the country
  • Ÿ  Executes workforce plans for the country by advising managers on organizational set-up, changes and hiring criteria
  • Ÿ  Supports implementations/execution of organizational changes and restructuring programs

Data Collection & accuracy:
  • Ÿ  Ensures all necessary data quality for the country
  • Ÿ  Periodically and timely provides to the SMU/Region the requested HR-related data
· Compliance:
  • Ÿ  Ensure compliance within the company internal policies and supervise adherence to the country laws
· Administration management:
  • Ÿ  Ensure the admin services including reception, employee transportation arrangement, foreign employment legal documents application, employee travelling ticket & hotel booking, mail delivery & pickup, outsourcing services of cleaning, gardening & catering, office supply & stationary ordering,
  • Ÿ  Company’s events organization…being delivered in line with the Company’s standards and business requirements
 
Main Management Responsibilities
  • Ÿ  Acts as an ambassador and encouraging talent processes and engagement.
  • Ÿ  Ensures job profiles are in place, sets objectives for team members, reviews development and provides clear, open and constructive feedback on performance combined with the appropriate actions.
  • Ÿ  Strengthens the HR talent pipeline by developing talent and regularly assesses and discusses talent and internal movement. Continuously monitors and evaluates retention risk.
  • Ÿ  Stimulates manages and follows through on team engagement
  • Ÿ  Creates an open environment in the team where all people can perform at their best and stimulates the development of others and ensures an engaged team.
  • Ÿ  Ensures reporting line is fully informed and acts in line with HSE and Compliance regulations.
  • Ÿ  Takes ownership by representing Regional SMU Management Team towards own team and vice versa.
  • Ÿ  Manages and plans relevant (departmental) budget and proactively manages the costs.
  • Ÿ  Reports on progress on a continue base.

Requirements:
  • Ÿ  8 year experience in Human Resource function with proven team management experience, working in multinational companies and manufactory environment are preferred.
  • Ÿ  Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, the related regulations and local labor market trends
  • Ÿ  Fluent in spoken & written English
