Job Description      

 Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities(kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
 
·         Towork withotherfunctionsonprocessimprovementbyusingvariousimprovement tools
·         Toinvolveindesigningfunctionallevelpoliciesorproceduresanddriving standardization
·         Todefinebusinessandoperationalrequirementsandestablishprocessdocuments
·         Tounderstand&managecustomercomplaintsanddrivenecessaryprocesschanges
·         Tomeasureprocessperformance,report,reviewanddriveimprovement
 Quality&HSFManagementSystems
·         ToserveasQuality&HSFManagementRepresentativeatANIFsite,maintainthe ISOsystemandensurealldepartmentwork incomplianceswithourqualityprogram.
·         ToensurethatprocessesneededfortheQuality& HazardousSubstancesFree (HSF)managementsystemsareestablished,documented,implementedand maintainedtomeetbusiness,internal,customer,certification®ulatory requirements
·         Toreporttotopmanagementon theperformanceof thequality&HSFmanagement systemsandanyneedforimprovement
·         Toensurethepromotionofawarenessofcustomerrequirements,includingHSF relatedrequirements,throughouttheorganization
·         Toliaisewithexternalparties(e.g.certificationbody,customer,localauthority, corporateHQ &etc.)onmattersrelatingto thequality&HSFmanagementsystems

·         ManageQCdepartment
·         Toensurequalityof finishedgoodsandrawmaterialaccordingtoISOandGroup formulationspecification
·         ToensuremanpoweravailabilityinQC/QAteam
·         Toensureequipment/instrumentsinQClabaresafeandeffectiveaccordingto companies'HSErules.
·         ToensuregoodcapabilityofLabto adaptproductioncapacity
 
 DutiesandResponsibilities
·         ToensureproperandeffectiveimplementationofQuality&HSFManagement SystemsinaccordancewithISO9001statutory ®ulatory requirements, customersspecificrequirements&corporatedirectives
·         Toplan,conduct&follow-upinternalaudit
·         To   plan,   facilitate   &   follow-up   monthly   management  meeting   &   yearly managementreviewmeeting
·         TocoordinateQuality&HSFrelatedsecondandthirdpartyaudits
·         TosupportPurchasingDepartmentperformingauditonsuppliers
·         Toensurecorrections&corrective actionsaretakenwithoutunduedelayin accordancewithexternalandinternalauditfindings
·         ToleadcrossfunctionalgroupdevelopingControlPlan
·         Tosolvequality&HSFrelatedproblemsbyidentifying&eliminatingrootcause usingdefinedprocess(e.g.8-D,error-proofing& etc.)
·         Tostudythecharacteristics&trendsofprocesses&productsandrecommend continualimprovementopportunities
·         Todrivecontinualimprovement effortsbycoordinatingwithotherfunctionsin establishingmeasurablequalityobjectives
·         To  coordinate,  monitor,  analyze,  follow  up  &  report  of  external  customer complaint
·         To  identify  quality  &  HSF  related  training  needs  for  the  employees  to complementthemanagementsystemsrequirements
 
 Overallresponsibilityforqualitycontrolofproductsinthesite.
 
·         Controlthequalityoffinishedgoodsandrawmaterialaccordingtoproducts specification
·         Manage  the  Lab  equipment  to  ensure  the  equipment  calibration  plan  is implementedproperly
·         VerifySPCdata,preparemonthly/yearlyQCreport
·         RightFirstTimeprocessimprovement
·         Othermattersarrangedbysuperior
·         Beanactiveparticipantinthecompany'sinitiativestoimproveitsQuality/HSF andHSEManagementSystems.
·         Tosethighstandardsofperformanceforallemployees
·         Responsibleforthesafety,healthandenvironmentalprotectionwithintheareas of responsibility
·         ToensurethattheHSEPolicy,proceduresandLifeSavingRulesareunderstood andimplementedin theareasofresponsibility
 
 
QualificationRequirements
·         Universitydegree&above
·         Minimums5 yearsworkingexperienceinQuality,HSFManagementSystems
·         FamiliarwithISO9001,preferablywithLeaderAuditorcertification

·         GoodEnglish,bothoralandwritten & GoodMicrosoftOfficeskills
 
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
At least university graduated
Degree educated in a relevant business discipline preferred, or equivalent.
