Job description
  • Provide technical vision and strategy for be on-demand and e-commerce platform, have the capability to provide detailed technical guidance to the team, enabling them to execute more effectively and deliver products on time.
  • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment; take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to plan, create, drive and deliver innovative, scalable and user-friendly products.
  • Develop and grow talent through mentoring, coaching, and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly competitive economic environment.
Job Requirement
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience leading organizations of more than 15 engineers.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on technical management.
  • Previous experience in one of the following languages: Go, Java, NodeJS.
  • Demonstrated domain experience in ecommerce and highly scalable systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Experience in managing a team and projects in an Agile environment
  • Strong coding and debugging skills.
