- Evaluating employees after probation:
	- Evaluating employees according to KPI
	- Managing and implementing ISO 9001-2015
	- Developing regulations on remuneration, welfare, incentives - stimulating workers to work, implementing regimes for employees.
	- Handling of labor discipline
	- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle the issues including: Organization-Administration-Human Resources.
	- Advise the Board of Directors on building organizational structure and administration of the company.
