Job description
  • Statistics, make production reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually base.
  • Track orders, arrange materials in the field of machines, arrange workers in shifts.
  • Track the Department's work progress
  • Contact other departments in the company
  • Synthesize the information and complete the report to the supervisor/ manager.
  • Other jobs as assignment
Job Requirement
  • Experienced in Silicones factory or plastic.
  • Good communication in English, and Chinese is a plus
  • Having good motivation, discipline, sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in groups
  • Proactive, positive, active and open-minded.
  • Skills to persuade, negotiate, solve problems, build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
