- Make production plans of the Workshop based on the Company's production and business plans and goals
- Organize and implement production plans
- Manage Product quality
- Organize and manage machinery, equipment, vehicles, and facilities at Factory
- Monitor manpower and training employees
- Coordinate the development of a system of rules, regulations, and professional working processes at the Workshop and supervise implementation
- Responsible to the Deputy General Director of Production and Industry and the Board of General Directors for productivity, ensuring compliance with standards and quality according to customer requirements
