- Make relationship and work with government, authorities to deploy real estate projects.
- Advising the Board of Management all steps of the process to complete the legal procedures of Real Estate projects: high-rise, low-rise details in the following order:
+ Apply for planning information, planning adjust (if necessary)
+ Apply for being recognized investors
+ Apply for approve the project investment
+ Apply for Implementation of land allocation procedures (if necessary)
+ Calculate land use fees
+ Get a building permit
+ Carry out procedures to apply for ownership of the project.
+ Other legal work related to Real Estate projects are assigned.
