Job description
-
Cooperates with sales staff to get information of customer’s requirements.

Makes a plan for development/improvement to achieve a process for researching.

Develops new products or improves products to customer’s requirement or make products follow market trends.
-
Checks quality of products with BOM, sales team leader and sales staff to have final products to submit samples for customers.

Supports sales staff about techniques for customers.

Finds new materials to replace the current materials to reduce the cost and improve quality or find new materials for new projects or necessary machines.

Submits necessary documents to Headquarters to register new materials.

Reports result of process for manager and team leader.

Prepares documents, cooperates with other departments to get Halal certificate.

Files specification sheets received from Headquarters.

Supports the Sales team to prepare/send samples to customers.
-
Supports the Production department, Sales team to check quality when they need it.

Make an instruction sheet and composition sheet when necessary.

Manage testing rooms and take care related tools, equipment
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University - major in Food technology
- Communicate in English well
- Have experience in R&D from 1 year
