-   Regional market mapping & regional strategy
	-   Develop monthly and yearly production targets & regional sales plan, DM diagram
	-   Recruitment of DM, TM.
	-   Support DM open & focus on developing large distribution channels and agents; enhance periodicly visits, information management of big agents, large farms of other potential customers
	-  Training group workshops, POPs, customer care skills, agency development & effective TA programs for DM, TM
	-  Clearly present the DM the whole objectives & regional strategies, company policies, campaign programs
	-  Supervise and support the implementation of sales activities of DMs, deal with customer complaints, signing target documents, contracts,% commission for agents. Check daily report (phone), week, month, quarter, year.
	-  Organize the presentation of large workshops (seminars) in the region
	-  Evaluate quarterly DM achievements to have reward, promotion or reminder plans, discipline, market transfer requests
	-  Monthly, quarterly meetings (estimated % of quarterly targets), year to build output development targets, sales and discount activities
	-  Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for SM. Send a special request to SM & BOD, handle emergency situations in the area
	-  Check & manage bad debt, overdue debt
	-  Cooperate to other departments, slaughterhouses, hatcheries, veterinary companies to support better sales & customer service processes
