Coordinate all tasks in front office

Coordinate and support with other departments to perform work effectively

Plan for preparation of the VIP reception and ensure the preparation is carried out perfectly.

Support staffs in the department to welcome, pick up, serve and drop off VIP guests, ensuring the best customer service.

Support Front-Office staffs to welcome group guests, loyal guests, long-term guests, ensuring guests are always satisfied.

Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
