- BU market mapping, output targets, sales RM diagrams, DM, techniques & policies, budgets
	- Develop a market development strategy & Business Orientation to achieve registered output targets.
	- Recruitment & RM training. 
	- Support to open & focus on developing distribution channels, big dealers with RM; enhance visits periodicly, information management of big agents, company 's large farms  & other companies, potential customers
	- Training sales skills, managing target customers for monthly DM, RM; management skills for RM; combining experts to train farms management skills for DM, RM
	- Communicate clearly to RM, DM the whole target & BU strategy, company policy, campaign programs
	- Cooperate with others departments, R&D, Board of Directors to settle complaints, improve existing products and support sales when need to lauch new brand, new products
	- Evaluate RM achievements, DM quarterly to plan reward, promote or remind, organize mindset every 6 months
	- Monthly, quarterly and yearly RM meeting to build development target of product, business development & sales, discount
	- Organize quarterly DM Contest, DM Challenge Conference & Dealer Conference every year.
	- Report week, month, quarter, year to BOD.
	- Manage & urge RM, DM; manage bad debts and overdue debts monthly
	- Search for new business models & develop diversified distribution channels
