- Responsible for development dyeing, textile, garment and footwear market
 - Building strategies, plans and directions and propose solutions to develop business and marketing activities.
 - Ensuring the quality of customer service for sales and after-sale.
 - Cooperating with relevant departments in organizing business activities to increase sales revenues as well as image of the company's products in the market;
 - General analysis and assessment of the market situation, competitors, ... for the Company's sustainable development plan quarterly and upon request from the Board of Directors;
 - Be responsible before the Director for the management and effective implementation of business operations according to the approved plan and budget.
 - Directly manage, lead team and complete the sales targets of the department.
 - Manage orders, sales, inventory and all goods and assets of the sales department from the time of delivery;
 - Manage customer care, debt management, risk prevention ... and timely support subordinates in all matters related to sales, sales debt recovery;
 - Develop, propose operating budgets, business plans, sales plans, sales targets / targets, training plans, business payroll / sales bonus policies, sales management processes, process for resolving customer complaints ...;
