Job description
  • Handle as technical leader  to lead staffs alignment is appropriate to address work demand
  • Be Responsible for assessing individual performance and delivering regular performance reviews
  • Be responsible for aligning the team’s work to Product Owner priorities and ensure efficient sprint delivery.
  • Ensure and report timeline, scope of work and technical concerns to upper management.
Job Requirement
  • More than 2 years of experience in leading technical teams
  • Self-motivation with strong analytical, design and architecture skills
  • Effectively written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A good team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate specifics of new technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML5/CSS3)
  • Strong JavaScript/Typescript/CSS skills with at least 5+ years of experience
  • Be familiar with SASS/SCSS and CSS architecture
  • Experience in VueJS, ReactJS or Angular Framework
  • Experience Web UI/UX design would be an advantage.
  • Experience in backend with NodeJS is plus
