Customer Services Team Leader - Based in HCMC – Salary negotiation (20M gross + other benefit):

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Ÿ   Utilize service supports and supervise Customer Service team
  • Ÿ   Chair the regular meeting with CS team. And report to line manager.
  • Ÿ   Liaise with clients on implement the Scheme Management System
  • Ÿ   Organize and monitor the ISO certification schedule for the clients
  • Ÿ   Same duties as CSO
  • Ÿ   Liaise with COMPANY head office, accreditation bodies and branch offices in regard to assessment and compliance issues.
  • Ÿ   Prepare monthly assessor utilization rate (KPI) and compliance reports i.e. certificate lead time, certificate termination, complaint records and others reports relating to operation.
  • Ÿ   Report the clients’ feedback on assessment.
  • Ÿ   Update customer complaint and corrective and preventive records.
  • Ÿ   Arrange and coordinate with representative for conducting internal and external audit.
  • Ÿ   Coordinate and arrange with report reviewer and staff qualifying for report review and competence review process respectively.
  • Ÿ   Coordinate with CAC chairman and members for CAC meeting in accordance to ISO 17021 requirement.
  • Ÿ   Keep update and file the documentation in compliance with operation system.
