Key Account Manager - Based in HCMC – Salary negotiation (35M gross +)

Our Client, a big Company specializing on  coatings field are looking for Key Account Manager -  Based in HCMC – Salary negotiation (35M gross +):
Job Description:
-       In charge of project review
-       Contribute to regional planning / forecast / budgeting activities.
-       International Protective Coatings range includes:
·       Passive Fire Protection / Insulation
·       Linings
·       Concrete Repair
·       High Temperature Coatings
·       Corrosion Resistant Coatings
-       Principle activities include:
·       To deliver sole (or preferred) specification position on targeted projects as determined in consultation with the Regional Managers, and to support the regional sales team to secure these projects;
·       Undertake Key Account Management activities on a number of target accounts as determined by their direct manager;
·       To take a lead role in support of a specific market sector as determined by their direct manager
-       Communication of team activities within Protective Coatings South Asia Regional Specification
-       Selling Manager and Regional Sales teams, as well as other Regional SMU teams will be critical to success. It will be an expectation of this position to drive a culture of:
·       Active participation of project review discussions
·       Active and regular engagement with Performance Coatings OneCRM database
·       Active and regular engagement with the Protective Coatings South Asia Project Tracking database.
-       Regular travel within Vietnam will be expected.
Job Requirement:
-       Senior Sales experience preferably in the protective coating sector.
-       Comprehensive understanding of protective coatings, passive fire protection, tank lining and concrete repair/coatings technologies.
-       An understanding of the contract chains used in various protective coating segments.
-       A clear understanding of indirect value selling, can demonstrate experience of selling within a complex contract chain, and can demonstrate experience of relationship selling principles.
-       Working in a team environment, whilst being self-motivated and able to work independently.
-       Professional presentation skills.
-       Certificate Course in Sales Management :   NACE 2
-       Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering discipline
